Refund policy

We do not offer returns or refunds, as each pieces is made to order - crafted specially for you.

However, we do accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at connect@gyaarahbaees.com with your order details and images of the issue.

Once your item is reviewed and approved after a quality check, we’ll arrange a pickup and dispatch a replacement within 10 business days.
