Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping and provide free shipping on all domestic orders within India. In certain cases, we may contact you to confirm your order before dispatching it.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided for each product individually. While we aim to adhere to these timelines, Gyaarah Baees is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Every product undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our standards before it is shipped.
For international orders, we aim to dispatch within a maximum of 30 days, depending on the size and nature of the order. Please note that international shipping charges and any applicable customs duties are not included and must be borne by the customer.
Shipping timelines may be affected by government regulations, lockdowns, reduced workforce, or other unpredictable disruptions. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
Exchange
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to process any exchanges after this window. We do not accept returns, as every piece is made specially for you, upon order.
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you’ve received a faulty product, please email us at connect@gyaarahbaees.com. Once the item is reviewed and the exchange is approved after a quality check, we’ll arrange for a pickup and send you a replacement within 10 business days.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Sale Purchases
Only full price items can be exchanged. Items purchased on sale are considered as a final sale.
