Shipping

We ship our orders worldwide and offer free shipping on all our domestic orders, within India. In some cases, we might call you to confirm your order before dispatch. We have mentioned an approximate timeline for shipping of orders for each product respectively. Gyaarah Baees shall not be liable for any delay due to natural calamities or cause beyond our control. We thoroughly check all our products and follow an ultra-careful quality check before dispatching each order. Furthermore, in the case of international orders, we ship the orders within a maximum timeframe of 30 days, depending on the size of the order. Please note, shipping costs and customs charges would be extra, in case of international orders, and shall be borne by the customer.

Please note that shipping timelines might get affected due to Government restrictions, lockdown rules, reduced workforce and more such factors that are difficult to pre-empt and prepare for.

Exchange

Our exchange policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at connect@gyaarahbaees.com. Once the product has undergone quality check and the reason for exchange is approved, we will have the product collected and replaced within 10 business days.

To be eligible for a return, the product must have a substantial defect, be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items : Only regular priced items can be exchanged. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.
